It was already revealed on Instagram before but now it's official, legendary Chicano Rapper and former Hi Power Entertainment recording artist Mr. Silent is back in the game after taking a break for several years. It should be no surprise that he's back working with his Soldiers Of The 213 partner Mr. Criminal and Crime Family Entertainment.
